"Was skeptical at first because of the reviews who had negative experiences, but Florida Water Analysis is a legit and quality company. Here’s my honest experience with them after a few months with their equipment & services (November ‘24):
Technician: Our testing technician was Jay. Very sociable and pleasant guy who provided a good experience getting us set up with everything. Would recommend him for sure.
Installers: Punctual, efficient, and professional team. They were able to come out the following day after Jay and finished the full installation by the second day. Communicated with us each time and provided any necessary updates so we knew what was going on.
Equipment: All functioning as they should since the installation. The water tank regenerates every night on schedule, there’s no new pipe buildup, and the Reverse Osmosis system is functional & clean (we call it Osmosis Jones water, lol).
Staff: I want to give a shoutout to Crystal at their headquarters for taking care of the minor mixup we had getting set up with GoHealthy360 (the soap package option they offer in their contract- highly recommend). Great communication and she was very friendly. Jay also helped by connecting me to her and making sure we were taken care of, so thank you as well.
GoHealthy360: I struggle with dyshidrotic eczema on my hands and their Natural Visions line doesn’t irritate it. They have different scents and a wide selection of products to choose from. I ordered their liquid laundry soap & pods, cream soap for hands, and liquid dish soap and recommend each. They’re very concentrated, so you only need a certain small amount in their dispenser bottle and fill the rest with water, therefore they last a really long time.

Had a pleasant experience with getting help changing the regeneration timing on our tanks.
The front office lady took the time to try to walk me through it over the phone but we ended up scheduling someone to come out the same week (was too tricky for me).
The same guy that installed our reverse osmosis system was the one who helped. Went above & beyond showing me exactly how to take off the covers & provided a paper manual for the system that also explains how the timers work & how to change them. Very detailed. Thanks again! "
