Shannon Aliff – Bookkeeper/Office Manager

I am the Bookkeeper, HR Department, and Office Manager for FWA, which keeps me very busy. I have a background in Construction Project Management and Executive Assistant. My duties consist of maintaining accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. Monthly reconciliation of accounts. Prepare financial reports by analyzing and summarizing account information. Work with Accountant for end of year closing of books. Maintain and enforce federal, state, local legal requirements. Prepare and conduct department meetings. Keep personal records up to date, arrange all interviews for open positions within the company. Review all incoming contracts and correspond with the finance companies. Place all orders for office supplies and chemicals for water tests. That is just a few of my duties I perform here at Florida Water Analysis. I am heading into 4 years with the company this February (2020).
