I am the Service Manager and Warehouse Manager here at FWA. My daily duties consist of working closely with the service coordinator to properly route the technicians to appointments and installations. I manage a team of technicians from training to on the job troubleshooting.
I provide the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships. My 20 years of plumbing knowledge and experience of repairing, maintaining and installing domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures has helped locate and pinpoint issues at our customer’s home.
I make sure all equipment and supplies are ordered, delivered, and distributed properly. I communicate with vendors on a daily basis. I am responsible for a full range of supervisory activities including the application of discipline, processing & resolution of grievances, and evaluations of performances with technicians and office staff.
